How Not To Study With Your Children

• • •

I’m so excited to be at Jamie’s Rabbits today.

Jamie is so frickin’ cute I want to eat her up.

(Wait, maybe that’s chocolate…)

One thing I love about Jamie is that she is consistently hilarious.

In person, people tell me that I am funny, but I don’t think that I am a funny writer.

So I kind of freaked out when Jamie demanded requested that my post be funny.

Like I’m so not funny.

Except when it happens to leak out accidentally, and even then, it isn’t always funny in a hahahahaha kind of way.

Anyway, if you head on over to Jamie’s Rabbits, you can read my piece “How Not To Study With Your Children” and decide for yourself.

I’m closing comments here today, but I promise I’ll respond to you from Alabama. 😉

  1. Hilarious and so well written as always. Love the part about your husband not thinking you’re funny but everyone else thinking you’re hysterical. Glad I’m not the only one with that dilemma. Good luck to Tech Support on his test.

  2. Being from Mississippi and going to school in Alabama (Florence) I always get excited when people visit The South (yes, I capitalized it. haha).

If you like BBQ you should go to Dreamland BBQ.

Definitely jealous and hope ya’ll have fun!!

  3. Heading over now. I know you’re going to be funny!

  4. Can’t wait to read it! And you’re freakin’ hilarious! (Although it’s funny you said that, because I feel the opposite – that I can be funny on paper, but not in person! I feel like I need those extra seconds to gather my thoughts and Google points of uncertainty, LOL)

  5. Thank you for being such an adorkable house guest. I don’t even think you peeked in my drawers. #IYKWIM
